The company, today, is being managed by a 5member Administrative Council and is legally represented by:
- Stergios Sp. Zarogiannis, Qualified Electrical Engineer of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Chairman of the Boarding Council and Chief Executive, in charge of cooperation & sales issues.
- Athanasios G. Blazomitis, Technologist Headman of machine tools, Vise-president of the Boarding Council, responsible for production & quality issues.
